Late Summer in the Garden

We are coming to the end of August and the days are cooler but still sunnny and dry. We have had very little rain this summer, so out with the garden hose! The lilies have finished flowering. The deer have decided they enjoy the taste of lily buds so I less than usual have bloomed....
